	Redundant Inbound Email Infrastructure At LuxSci, redundancy is the key to successful email delivery. Our inbound email servers, which are separate from your email storage servers, are set up in a redundant failover configuration so that your mail is always delivered quickly and correctly even if a server fails or becomes unavailable for any reason. In the unlikely event that your emal storage server becomes temporarily unavailable, backup spools will automatically queue your mail and retry delivery to ensure that no mail gets dropped or lost and that it gest delivered as fast as possible.
	Message Continuity: Email Access even if Email is Down Our Premium Email Filtering solution comes with an option called "Message Continuity". With this option, your inbound email can be spooled on servers ourside of LuxSci's main network in the case of any server or data center outage. During the spooling, your users can login to a special WebMail portal to read the pending email messages and write new ones. Once the issue is over, all the send and queued email is delivered to your account. This provides an extra level of protection in case of any failure. 	Data Backups & Restores LuxSci performs daily on-site backups and weekly off-site backups of all email and web data in your account. In the event that you misplace or delete your data accidentally, LuxSci can quickly and easily restore it from the most recent snapshot. Your account qualifies for one free restore each month, and unused restores accumulate and roll over to the next month.
	Robustness & Fault Tolerance LuxSci uses multiple levels of email servers to protect you from mass-emailing viruses and worms and to off-load the effort of spam, virus, and custom email filtering. Additionally, all of our servers use SCSI RAID-5 disk subsystems and redundant power supplies to protect your critical data against potential hardware issues.
	Backup/Mirror Email Accounts LuxSci can provide you with a separate account on a separate server which will receive and recent keep copies of all email to all of your users. This allows you to have both a real-time, configurable backup for your email and also to have an account containing your recent email and allowing you to send and receive messages even if the event that your main email server is offline for maintenance or other reasons.
